Belt Sizing: Measure where you will want the belt to sit with an actual inch tape measure.  NOT your pant size.  If you have trouble reading a tape have a smart coworker hold the smart end of the tape and read you the number.  The belt has quite a bit of adjustment but we want to put you into a proper sized belt the first time.

A little preamble...  Why is a guy who has designed firearms focused products and owned a military type gear company for 20y+ making carpenter bags? Well, in a past life I was a carpenter for a few years until shit happened and I found myself crushed under a sheetrock cart.  A Sheetrock cart that someone had placed 52 sheets of sheetmetal on and its center of gravity was "hold my beer".  Spent a year getting un-fucked from said squish and when I returned to work found that I probably should not be doing that line of work anymore and the Doc encouraged a change of scenery. (And better friends maybe?-Ty) I  Had some sewing experience from my younger years and decided to give that self employment game a shot.  I had two paths I was interested in pursuing and we all know which path I chose, clearly... it wasn't nail bags!  Until now... when I found I had a need for some bags and on a whim decided to give it a go.  Spent a Thursday drawing up some bags, Friday sewing 2 of them and that Saturday/Sunday framing.    That Sunday having extensively tested the bags for a whole TWO days I had a feeling others might enjoy them also, or not!

Like a few of our other items these will be made to order.  That means if you order one we are making it for you!  We wont be correcting your mistakes! We are not twisting your arm here!  We are pretty efficient and getting shit made quickly so expect a few days turn around but.....UNDERSTAND, we are not fortune tellers here and sometimes things take a bit longer.

In the near future we will be offering each compent seperatly so you can build your perfect set and not be stuck with a full setup of my choosing.

Bags, pouches, belt and harness are made from  either Brookwood Squadron or Diversitex Salute cordura Laminates(color dependant).  Pouches are attached via our Tegris Hinge and are removable.

We utilize two different brands of Laminate cordura, Brookwood Squadron and Diversitex Salute.  As an FYI the Salute is quite a bit stiffer so if you order OG Tiger, Desert Tiger, DNC and Nemesis just know your bags will have a stiffer feel initially over the Squadron. the squadron material being slightly softer may break in faster but it is durable stuff! Diversitex is stiff and they claim it will sag less in time... but we've tested both materials extensively and concluded theyre both VERY capable material in dealing with carpentry/construction work

We also may make design changes as we see fit. Design changes and material choice may change if we see a need or desire to do so

The D-ring Cobra buckle on the belt is NOT for life saving purposes.  Total looking cool points purpose only.

** The Carpenter's Belt is not intended to be, nor rated for use as, a fall restraint or arrest device, do not use any part of the Shooters Belt as any safety tie-in point under any circumstances. Use a belt that has received the pertinent safety certifications for your use-case**

Each base bag and pouch has a tegris strip inside the folded mouth.  It's bendable and keeps those pouch openings open!  The base bags and pouch all have drain holes, strategically sized to fit 1 16p nail to fit, its gunna happen.

2x base bags

Each of the base bage are built from a single piece of Laminate cordura lasered and folded/sewn to form the backbone of the base bag with an extrenal speed square pocket with hinge mounting interface, there is also a single front and rear pencil pocket as well as F/R tool hanger loops.  The base bag back and bottom are doubled creating a rigid shell.  Placement depending on Right handed or Left handed Master Race the base bags have a double layered laminate hammer and paw sleeve with both having a tegris stiffened opening.

1x harness (with one set of velcro attached pads)

The harness is made from one piece of Laminate cordura with a second rear reinforcement piece of laminate.  The "shoulder straps" are fold over laminate crating a rounded comfortable edge and lined with loop velcro on the underside for the removable foam pads.  Each corner has 1" webbing and G-hooks to interface with the belt.
