Shipping & Returns

Return Policy:

In General: We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our products, we want everyone to receive brand new untouched products. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on plates. PLEASE ask questions first to customersupport@esstac.com prior to ordering.

Please refrain from asking for special accommodations AFTER you place your order, if you need anything in particular Email us first.  

BUT: We may accept returns on a case by case basis. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and we will not refund shipping costs. Items with "free" shipping will be subject to the 20% restocking fee, and we will not refund our cost shipping your order. Please contact us with your name and order number when emailing for a return: customersupport@esstac.com

Products MUST be in new/unused condition. This includes the attachments as well. If the attachments are used/damaged, we will not refund the cost for those. If you mount it, put mags in it, insert shotgun shells into it, etc., then decide you don't like it, just gift it to a friend who doesn't have awesome Esstac gear. 

Special Colors: If a pouch is ordered in a special color (defined below), that pouch was made specifically for you/your order, as we do not stock them. We may not issue a refund or exchange for it, as we have limited space at our shop.

Specialty colors are: Tigerstripe, Flektarn, Kryptek, Frog, Midnight Navy, Barn Red, OD Green, Multicam Tropic, Multicam Arid, Multicam Alpine, and Multicam Black. 

Belts: We highly encourage you to measure yourself before ordering a belt. IF the belt you receive doesn't fit, we will replace the belt for a fee. 

SKD PIG Gloves: As long as the gloves are in new condition and still attached to the cardboard placard, we can exchange them for different sizes for the cost of shipping.

 

Cancellations: Please contact us by email at customersupport@esstac.com IMMEDIATELY to cancel your order. There is no guarantee of an order being cancelled as our shipping ladies are awesome at getting orders out fast. If the item has already shipped, please contact customersupport@esstac.com for return info, and the customer will be responsible for shipping charges that are incurred. DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE when it arrives, to save yourself shipping costs sending it back. 

 

 

Shipping:

All orders ship via USPS Mail. Depending on size and weight most orders will ship via USPS Priority or First class mail. Domestic shipments take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped, on average. Due to size and weight some orders may ship via UPS such as armor plates.

PLEASE ensure your order is correct before submitting it. Double check that the item is exactly what you want, in the correct color, with the correct attachments. We ship fast, making sure your order is correct will get you set up quickly and save on return shipping and reshipping from the shop.

 

 

Armor Plates:

Most shipments of armor will ship out insured and require a signature. If you are not available during delivery, you may have to pick them up and sign for them at your post office.

 

In Store Pickup:

Select this option only if you are local to or visiting the Stanwood WA area. Your order will be ready for pick up next day, unless you are contacted by CS with a later date.

APO:

Yes we ship to APO addresses and all US Service members deployed.

International:

Yes we will ship international, if your Country is not listed as a shipping option, please email our customer support. International shipments will pay actual cost. All orders placed through our website will ship USPS Priority Mail.  USPS Priority International generally takes 8-16 weeks to arrive. The shipping costs are value based. Orders <$250 = $35, Orders >$250 & <$999 will cost $65, and anything over $1000 will cost $150. If your shipment costs less than what we charge, you will receive a refund for the difference. 

ESSTAC is not responsible for Duties, Taxes, and Fees for shipping internationally.

 

WRONG ADDRESS/NEED TO EDIT YOUR ORDER

Our number one priority is getting orders into our customers hands as quick as possible. Throughout the day Shipping is #1 priority, so PLEASE double check your address before submitting your order; we check emails after we are finished shipping orders, making it incredibly difficult to change, Add or remove, or change color or camouflage type so double check your order BEFORE submitting payment.
