Our products are covered for life. We take pride in the quality of our gear and will replace them as long as they have not been purposely abused or neglected. This also includes all KYWI inserts & Belt Loops.
To streamline the process, please follow the below instructions to send in a warranty request:
Email us at Customersupport@esstac.com (Do not use the support portal on the site, as it will NOT accept photos) with the following information:
Put Warranty in the Email Subject Line
- Info on what product you have an issue with, and what the issue is.
- Photo(s) of the issue.
- Order number (if you ordered from us, if not let us know where you ordered from to the best of your knowledge)
- And a good shipping address.
