Uses Laminate Cordura with a Tegris backer (Same material we use in our Enhanced Belts) to stiffen the card.

Rather than using elastic, the loops are now made out of Laminate Cordura, and there is Slip-Not on the inside towards the backer to hold the shell(s) in.

Like the original Shotgun Card, this has hook Velcro on the back to attach to a loop Velcro surface. This card is in addition to, and will not be replacing the OG card.

Each individual card comes with 1x sticky back loop Velcro.

Law Enforcement Agencies wanting the shotgun cards for Less-Lethal, and want them easily visible/easy to differentiate, Barn Red is what we would recommend, however we can make them in Orange as well, by email request. Orange would not be as durable as the colors listed on the product page, which are laminated by their respective manufacturers, as we laminate the Orange in house.

Instructions:

The Shotgun Card is designed to be used as a "magazine". Reload from the shotgun card first, and then slap another on the side once low/empty. Shotgun cards will fit in our 5.56 and 7.62 pouches, and most 5.56 pouch offerings on the market.

Shotgun cards are disposable items. Like magazine springs, the elastic with use will eventually wear out. This is normal. Like magazines, when they wear out, buy replacments, or have extras on hand to keep/store long term. Getting an extra Sticky Back Velcro to keep on hand is a good idea. Oils and cleaners used to maintain your firearm can soften the adhesive, which would be noticable when the edges of the velcro starts lifting.

Adhesive Velcro Installation:

Take the velcro, and cut it to match your receiver if needed. Take acetone or alcohol, and clean the area where you will mount the velcro, to remove oils/grime/debris. Place the velcro on a clean and VERY DRY surface, and let sit for 24hrs to take a "set". From there, you are good to slap the shotgun cards and remove to your hearts content.

For "Safe Queen" Shotguns:

We believe a shotgun is a tool, and should be used/treated appropriately. If you are concerned about the finish of your receiver being affected by the install, don't install or use the shotgun cards. Better yet, don't shoot the gun, and let it sit in your safe. While the velcro *shouldn't* effect the finish if the finish is of good quality, this is not a guarantee.

We are not responsible for damage(s) to a firearm or other item by a customer installing the velcro by their own volition.
