We will respond to inquiries as soon as possible. Please note that during the holidays, shipped orders may encounter delays or other issues.

Order edits or cancellations are not guaranteed thanks to our awesome shipping ladies getting orders out quickly. We will try our absolute best to make any changes as requested. Odds are, your order will ship as-ordered. It is on you to verify that your order information is correct before submitting.

Please be aware that individual orders may have varying lead times depending on the complexity of the product, dealer orders, or stock levels that change by the minute. Common pouches (Double Pistol, Single Rifle, Front Panel, etc.) made in common colorways (Black, Ranger, Multicam, Coyote) are more likely to be in stock and shipped sooner than more complex gear and pouches (Plate Carriers, Chest Rigs, Range Bags, etc.) in uncommon colorways (Multicam Arid, Woodland, etc.) which we normally make to order due to the price of the material, and limited space at our facility.
