Our products are covered for life. We take pride in the quality of our gear and will replace them as long as they have not been purposely abused or neglected. This also includes all KYWI inserts & Belt Loops.
To streamline the process, please use the below info when sending in a warranty request:
If something happens, email Customersupport@esstac.com with:
- Info on what product you have an issue with
- Photo(s) of the issue.
- Order number (if you ordered from us, or let us know where you ordered from)
- And a good shipping address.
