Mini GP Pouch specifically made to be mounted to a belt. Laser cut from Brookwood Squadron laminate material. Hard Sewn one wrap velcro on the back to mount to belts. Specifically designed for belts with hook velcro.

Hinge adapter on bottom of pouch allows you to run the Hinge TQ pouch. 

If you run a TQ in front of your holster on the belt, now you can run a TQ and your medical (or other admin stuffs) in the same location.
