A motorola APX6000 will fit with the extended batteries.

If you want this pouch to work with (insert random radio) that is not the APX6000, it WILL NOT WORK. Do not try. 

Comes with a one-wrap adapter for plate carrier mounting(left or right handed) with one included short WTF strap for the Adapter.
